License Agreement

Software License

Subject to these terms, Croissant Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GitAurora and SolarGainz ("the Software") for the term of your subscription.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Croissant Labs. This license does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Permitted Use

• Install and use the Software on your devices
• Create backups of your data
• Use the Software for personal or business purposes
• Access updates and new features as per your subscription plan

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the Software
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Transfer or sublicense the Software to any third party

Updates and Maintenance

Croissant Labs may provide updates, bug fixes, and maintenance releases. These updates may modify or delete features and are subject to additional or different license terms as specified at the time of update.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Croissant Labs disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Croissant Labs be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
