By accessing or using GitAurora and SolarGainz ("the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use License

Croissant Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps for your personal or business use subject to these Terms.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Subscription and Payments

  • Some features of the Apps require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with the platform's (App Store/Play Store) policies
  • Prices may be subject to change with notice

Data Usage

Your use of the Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Apps, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Termination
